September 10, 2006 - "Hamza Learns Wudu" Manuscript Nears Completion

The second book "Hamza Learns Wudu" is nearing completion and will hit the printing press at the beginning of October. This followup book to "Hamza's First Fast" promises to entertain children even more as they learn about all the steps of completing wudu. 

Hamza is up to his old naughty antics again and his brother Ali does manage to teach him wudu, but only after getting Hamza to pay close attention. Stay tuned!

September 1, 2006 - Hamza Visits ISNA Bazaar In Chicago

Hamza stole the show at the ISNA Bazaar at the 2006 ISNA Conference in Chicago as he met with many children and had many photos taken.  This is the first time that we had actively marketed Hamza in the USA and we managed to sell ALL 875 copies of "Hamza's First Fast" at retail and wholesale levels. Many contacts were made regarding the creation of more Hamza products and we were told over 30,000 people had attended the 4 day conference. Hamza had a chance to walk around the bazaar before security asked him to go back to the booth as it was causing a crowd control problem.

Reluctantly Hamza did go back to the main booth, but that didn't stop people from coming to booth and buying "Hamza's First Fast."  Unfortunately Hamza did get tired of the constant appearances and had to double up on his daily naps.

We did manage to make connections with many other bookstores so we hope to have Hamza books on the shelves of your local Islamic bookstore. If they do not have them available, make sure you tell them to visit our web site to order some.

We did have a rough draft of the second manuscript for display at the booth and can you believe someone actually walked away with it?!

August 10, 2006 - Hamza Makes His First Appearance At Muslim Fest In Mississauga, Canada

Muslim Fest in Mississauga, Canada was a huge success as Hamza made his first public appearance and had many photos taken with young children. We were set up at a booth close to the kids carnaval, but unfortunately it had rained the night before so we were standing on some soggy ground.
 

Hamza was a bit nervous to come out and play at first because this was the first time that he was meeting with his fans. The kids adored Hamza as he shook hands and hugged many admirers.

December 27, 2005 - "Hamza's First Fast" now available for purchase online.

The first in a series of books revolving around Hamza is now available to be bought online.  You can now start adding this book to your children's book collection as it teaches your children more about Islam through Hamza's adventures.  To purchase the book, just go to Order Books

December 23, 2005 - Hamza Is Launched at "Reviving The Islamic Spirit Conference" in Toronto

"Hamza The Muslim Boy" was officially launched on December 23, 2005 in Toronto at the "Reviving The Islamic Spirit" conference with great success. Over 10,000+ people attended the conference over the 3-day event, which resulted in great exposure to the first book "Hamza's First Fast."

We handed over 3,000+ "Hamza" magnets at the convention, much to the thrill of many children and sold hundreds of books over the course of the event.  The feedback from the event was incredible with hundreds of people inquiry about when additional Hamza books will be produced and if a cartoon will eventually come out on DVD.

Many parents also inquired about getting the first book in other languages such as French and Arabic, which will be in the works over the next few months.
